This notice explains how CC Hoteltech LLC FZ uses details submitted through this website’s enquiry form.

What we collect

The form collects your name, work email, company or property, country, enquiry type and selected apps, plus your phone number and message if you provide them. The time of submission is also recorded. Please do not submit payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a trade partnership or follow up on the software you are interested in. Software enquiries are designated for contact@cchoteltech.io; resort and trade enquiries are designated for reservations@zanziblue.com.

Storage & service providers

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database. Website hosting and storage providers process this information to operate the service. Using an email, WhatsApp or Signal link opens that provider’s service, which has its own privacy practices. We do not add advertising trackers to this website.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry details, or stop software follow-up, by emailing contact@cchoteltech.io. We retain enquiry information for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
