Reservation terms & conditions

CC Hoteltech LLC FZ (CCHT) contracts directly with third-party agents for reservations at Zanziblue Boutique Villas and Zanziblue Waves. The policies below mirror the published Zanziblue reservation terms.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation is permitted without a cancellation charge until 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, cancellations and no-shows incur the full reservation price. Refunds for eligible cancellations are reduced by a 5% processing fee. Where a travel ban applies between Tanzania or Zanzibar and the guest’s country of residence, the cancellation window extends to check-in.

Arrival & departure

Check-in: 14:00–22:00. Advise us of later arrivals. Resort access is possible after 07:00. Early check-in depends on availability and may cost up to the previous night’s rate. Photo ID and a credit card are required. Check-out: 11:00; late departure depends on availability and may incur charges.

Children & additional beds

Children are welcome; discounted accommodation and meals apply below age 12. Provide children’s ages when booking. Cots and extra beds are available on request, subject to availability and room capacity.

Payment & jurisdiction

A valid credit card or prepayment secures the reservation. Cards may be charged or authorised after confirmation. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The reservation’s governing jurisdiction is the United Arab Emirates.
